2. Notice of Copyright Infringement (Takedown Request)
To file a valid copyright infringement notification with PixsGames, you must send a written communication that includes substantially the following information:

- Accuracy & Perjury Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
- Signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or person authorized to act on their behalf.

Upon receipt of a valid notice complying with 17 U.S.C. § 512, PixsGames will act swiftly to remove or disable access to the infringing material within 24 to 72 hours.
3. Counter-Notification Procedures
If you are a game developer whose content has been removed due to a DMCA notice and you believe that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Agent containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed and the URL where it previously appeared.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address, along with a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court.
4. Repeat Infringer Policy
PixsGames reserves the right to terminate access to any user, developer, or partner who is deemed to be a repeat infringer of intellectual property rights under appropriate circumstances.
